Holland (BSc.Hons, DIPSW) is
an experienced project manager, graphic
facilitator and trainer with over 10
years of management experience in the
voluntary and statutory sectors.
Passionate about the engagement of hard
to reach groups, creativity in
participation and diversity issues, Cara
is also the owner of Graphic Change (see
www.graphicchange.co.uk ) which uses
big pictures to help people communicate
more effectively.
Julia Hayes
(BA Hons, PGCE, MSc)
is an experienced Educational
Psychologist who has worked in the
statutory and voluntary sectors. She has
worked as a participation co-ordinator
for the charity Barnardo’s. She is
passionate about finding ways to include
the voice of all children, whatever
their personal circumstance, both in the
UK and in Latin America.
She is also the owner of Inclusion
Creativa (see
www.inclusioncreativa.com ) which
aims to promote the inclusion of
children with additional needs in
mainstream schools and society.
